Restoration Specialist (M/F/X)

At BAIV, we restore tanks and armoured vehicles for collectors and museums worldwide. Our workshop in Nederweert is growing fast, creating opportunities for skilled mechanics as well as motivated newcomers who want to learn the trade.

As part of our team, you help bring decades-old military vehicles back to life. Every project is unique: from recovering forgotten hardware to completing full mechanical and structural restorations. No two days are the same.

Most tasks involve mechanics and engineering. Experience in automotive technology is an advantage. Your work contributes to creating fully restored, operational vehicles for international clients.

What We Expect

• Hands-on mentality and technical curiosity

• LBO/MBO level or equivalent experience

• Mechanical or automotive knowledge

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise

• Living within 45 km of Nederweert (or willing to relocate)

• A team player with a willingness to learn
